How shipments take place:

Shipments are made by Express Courier SDA.

Rules of our couriers:

The courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or during national holidays.

Always accurate and professional packaging:

The products are carefully packed in different ways depending on the size of the goods and the quality of the original packaging of the manufacturers. For small or medium-sized items
dimensions is always provided for packaging with protective pluriball to safeguard the content and any shocks during transport.

Shipping rates:

The shipping cost is indicated in all our listings, it is free for orders over €99.

Insured shipments:

Each shipment is insured and there are no additional costs.

Payment on delivery:

For those who want to pay comfortably on delivery, Ottica Padula also offers you the delivery service:
The form of payment is in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

The products are shipped within 24 hours of being credited or in case of marking within 24 hours of the order confirmation.
The same may be subject to change due to force majeure; Ottica Padula will not be held responsible for any delays. In these cases, you can
always contact customer support, we will always be happy to respond and solve any problems.

Receipt of products:

At the time of delivery of the products the customer is required to check:

That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice
May the packaging be intact and not altered even in the closing tapes

In case of tampering and/or breakage, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by writing "RESERVATION OF CONTROL OF GOODS" on the delivery document
received by the courier or other operator. The customer must subsequently report any damage within 3 days of receipt of the goods in the manner provided by the operator chosen to
shipping and/or delivery. In the event that the customer does not withhere within 5 working days the goods ordered and present in stock at the warehouses of the courier and /or Ottica Padula due to the repeated impossibility
delivery to the delivery indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the same will be canceled and the product will be returned to the sender.
